Terms and Conditions

Standard arrangement

• Half-day from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM (Morning)
• Half-day from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (Afternoon)
• Full day from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Overtime

• Overtime (O.T.) will be charged after 6:00 PM: $5/hour for Economy SUV (Toyota Highlander/Lexus RX300 or similar); $8/hour for Premium Van (Hyundai H-1 or similar) and; $10/hour for Premium SUV (Lexus RX330 or similar) and Passenger Bus (25, 35 and 45 Seats).

Cancellation  Charge 

• No show will be fully charged depending on the services booked (Transfer, Half day, Full day)
• Last-minute cancellation will be fully charged depending on the service booked (Transfer, Half day, Full day)

Payment Policy

• A deposit of 50% must be made at least 7 days prior to the departure date and the remaining 50% must be made the day prior to the departure date
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer upon return of the vehicle

Remarks 

• All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and subject to change or revision depending on gasoline prices as per agreement
