This is the largest permanent fresh-water lake in South East Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, drive via the Khmer Village. You will go past rice paddies, palm trees, ox-drawn carts and the odd ruin. A visit to a local family can also be included, which adds a unique personal touch to the whole excursion. Back to hotel
DAY 4  SIEM REAP – BATTAMBONG by Van with guide
Breakfast at your hotel, our guide will escort you to Battambong Province
You will try the bamboo trains are now more often used by tourists. The best part about the bamboo train is when two trains face off on one track and the one with the less heavy load is forced to dismantle and let the other one pass. Visit to Phnom Sampeou is a mountain with a temple, Wat Sampeou, at the top, from which you can enjoy the best view in all of Battambang of the city and the surrounding countryside. The mountain also features Khmer Rouge killing caves, where Khmer Rouge soldiers apparently murdered their victims by pushing them from a high ledge. Neither the caves nor the pagoda are particularly interesting, and visitors will encounter a fair number of donation requests, but it’s worth going for the view.

You’ll get dropped off at the bottom of the mountain and can walk up (it’s easier than taking the stairs). The walk can be done in flip-flops, but shoes make it easier. The entire walk takes about an hour and is not particularly difficult, although the easiest way to get back down is by a steep set of stairs. Around 6 p.m. each night thousands upon thousands of bats stream out of the caves and make a pretty impressive sight. You’ll get the best view of the bat exodus from the road below the mountain.
DAY 5 BATTAMBONG – PHNOM PENH by Van with guide
Breakfast at your hotel, today we will driver view hour to Phnom Penh city. Your first visit to Wat Phnom, a peaceful temple situated on a hill for which the city is named. According to legend, a 14th-century woman named Penh found sacred Buddhist objects in the nearby river and placed them here on the small hill. And 1 hour boat cruise along the Mekong River for relax and night view of Phnom Penh. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at your hotel; head out to the Choeung Ek Memorial, where a stupa made up of some 8,000 human skulls marks the site of the infamous Killing Fields. This was the execution ground for the torture victims of Tuol Sleng and standing in this peaceful setting it's almost unthinkable to imagine that to date nearly 9000 corpses have been exhumed from the area. Confront Cambodia's tragic past on a guided tour of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former school which served as a Khmer Rouge torture centre. It's estimated that more than 20,000 people were held and tortured here. Lunch not included
In the afternoon, visit the National Museum. Housed in a beautiful traditional building, it contains many outstanding examples of Khmer craftsmanship. Learn about a brighter period in Cambodian history with a visit to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. At the end we finish with local market (Russian Market) for some souvenir or T-shirt, CD. Overnight at hotel
Breakfast at your hotel, free at your own time until our driver will transfer you to airport Phnom Penh for next flight.
